Supplicants, you must now contemplate the 36 Chambers of Roka Pe. Your focus must be on the present moment, your only task to pass the 1st Chamber. Do not distract yourself with contemplation of Chambers yet to come. You must focus on the task at hand without forgetting the hard won lessons of the previous Chambers. Only by passing each Chamber of Roka Pe will the lesson of the next Chamber be revealed to you.
1st Chamber
The 1st Chamber is the door of the Temple. To pass the 1st Chamber you must cleanse your body with ritual meals from bountiful nature and contemplative walking. When you have lost 1 kg due to the cleansing ritual you will know you have passed the 1st Chamber and been admitted to the Temple. You will then enter the 2nd Chamber of Roka Pe.Supplicant Dave,
